Information we collect

Game data: your nickname, avatar choice, chip balance, game results, statistics and settings.

Device data: device model, operating system version, language, crash reports and a random device identifier used to save your progress.

Purchase data: the identifier of any purchase you make. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see or store your card details.

Advertising identifier: if you allow personalised ads, our advertising partners may use your device advertising ID.

How we use it

To run the game, save your progress, deliver purchases, prevent cheating, fix crashes and, where allowed, show advertisements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers only, and only what they need: the app stores for purchases, our analytics and crash reporting provider, and our advertising partners if ads are shown to you. Each is bound by their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can turn off personalised advertising in your device settings at any time.

You can ask us to delete your game data by emailing us; we will remove it within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email us and we will help.

Children

SpadesAceMaster is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Purchases and subscriptions

Passes and in-game items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes. All purchases are final and are handled by the app store, which sets its own refund policy.

Data retention and security

We keep game data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to staff who need it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for significant changes, notify you inside the game.
